It may take approximately 24-48 hours to process an order before it is shipped by the Shipping Method chosen. When we receive a high volume of orders, there may be approximately 1-5 additional days to process an order.
Return & Exchange Policy
Shwings prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise and service.
If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 10 business days, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a refund, less shipping costs. All returns must be sent via UPS, registered mail, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery. Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless Shwings has sent the incorrect style, color or damaged item. Refunds are not permitted unless Shwings has sent an style, color, or damaged item. and when the customer chooses not to receive an exchange for the correct item or a replacement.

Please include the Return/Exchange Form, completely filled out with your order number, the date the order was delivered to you, billing and shipping contact information, quantity number of each item being returned, item name, style, color, single item price, total price of returned items, and a brief description of what the problem is with the merchandise.
All shipping is provided via UPS or US mail. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of a purchase.
We cannot deliver to P.O Boxes; the delivery address must be a street address.
Orders to P.O. Boxes will be cancelled.
We currently only offer USPS First Class Shipping. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive a Web Credit for the returned goods.
